At Disparidades.pt, we work hard to make each order a unique and special experience for you. Here's how we guarantee the magic:
Shipping Deadline
- Fast and Reliable : We ship your orders within 10 working days. Exceptions may occur during busy periods such as Christmas, July and August, but we will always be in contact with you to keep you informed.
Delivery Service
- With Love and Care : All orders are sent via CTT Expresso. At checkout, we inform you about shipping costs. It's transparent and without surprises!
Order Tracking
- At Your Fingertips : As soon as your order leaves our magical corner, you will receive an email with all the details to track the journey of your order.
Order Cancellation
- Flexibility for You : You can cancel your order at any time before it is processed by sending us an email to geral@disparidades.pt with the order number, your NIF and IBAN. If the order is already on its way, you can choose not to accept it.
Returns? No problem!
- Satisfaction Guaranteed : If you change your mind, you have 14 days to return the product. Remember, personalized products can only be returned if there is a manufacturing defect.
How to Return?
- Send us an email to geral@disparidades.pt with your details and product information.
- Return the product in the same condition in which you received it, with all documentation.
- Keep the CTT Expresso receipt that proves the return was sent.
Refunds
- Quick and Hassle-Free : After receiving the return, we will refund the full amount of your order via bank transfer, within 14 days.
